Hi there, I’m Sadiya and here’s why I’m so excited about helping people and businesses perform their best.

With over 20 years of experience in Air Cargo and Logistics, I’ve loved every part of my journey in this extraordinary industry. What started as an accidental step into the field quickly became a passionate career.

I’ve had the privilege of holding senior leadership positions in globally recognised organisations such as Virgin Atlantic Cargo and Qatar Airways Cargo. Climbing the ranks with a belief that you can do anything if you put your mind to it, my resilience has been tested and a love for what I do has carried me through.

My career has taken me around the world into diverse cultures and environments. I moved to Doha with two small children in tow to take up the adventure of working and living in the Middle East for a time. The moments I treasure most are the meaningful conversations with team members—those sparks of inspiration that ignited personal and professional growth on both sides of the table.

As someone who’s endlessly curious, I can’t get enough of understanding how humans can tap into their full potential. You’ll often find me diving into the latest research on human behaviour, motivation, and performance, constantly seeking insights to share and apply.

I firmly believe that high performance needs to be sustainable and is based on self-awareness, confidence and compassion. Safe and intentional conversations in the coaching space create the time for reflection, which is essential when it comes to showing up in life and work as our most powerful selves.

It’s this belief that inspired me to launch SHK Solutions. Rooted in values of honesty, integrity, and excellence, SHK Solutions is on a mission to help people and businesses find the answers and empower individuals and teams through High Performance 1:1 and Team Coaching, Workshops and Courses.
